CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aerial Yoga with Drie - Aerial yoga with a mix of aerial circus conditioning creating a really fun workout with a lot of Zen! Class starts with Copal incense and specific playlist for the flow and soul of the class as we focus on breath moving through our float and flow. Ending in your own cocoon cradled and floating in Savasana serenated by ambient music and blessed with lavender oil.
Aerial Yoga - Gentle Flow & Float with Maria - In Aerial Yoga Flow & Float, the aerial hammocks are set at hip height and we use them as a prop in modified yoga poses, breathing deeply with movement or stillness, twists, balance poses, and inversions. This class is a fun way to gain confidence, strength, and flexibility; experience the benefits of doing inversions without compression on the neck or shoulders, and enjoy a deeply relaxing savasana, floating in the hammock to the sounds of singing bowls and chimes.
Alignment-Based Yoga with Andrea- An Iyengar-based class that practices the foundational concept in yoga tradition that alignment is related to the ancient idea of sacred order. Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa with Tina – We will move through a flowing sequence of yoga poses, synchronized with breath creating heat in the body. Inspired by the strong Ashtanga style we’ll explore Commitment, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Focus and Giving in. Rejuvenate and strengthen the body while calming the nervous system. Every-Body welcome. This class is for beginner & intermediate students.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath Savasana with Maria – Nurture your mind, body and spirit with gentle movements, deep breathing, guided meditation, and restorative poses (supported by props and held for 3-5 minutes). Then blissfully relax as you float in an ocean of soothing sounds (with singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments).
Hatha Flow with Jenny - Kick your weekend off to a great start with this moderately-paced, uplifting flow. The main focus of this class is to bring awareness to the balance and strength within yourself through a series of asanas. Every body is a yoga body, all levels welcome!
Hatha Flow for All Levels with Ashley - With the use of props and strength-building poses, this practice will help you to heal and nurture a healthy respect for your body.
Power Flow with Ashley - A powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Yoga Foundations with Lauren - This class is an introduction to what yoga is for young people who are brand new to yoga practice! Ages 14-18.
Yin Vin with Jenny - Unwind from your day! Yin Vin is a slow-paced, all-levels practice that incorporates longer holds in passive poses, using our breath to help sink deeper into the connective tissues and joints in each pose.
