The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all of us, and PMAB + Movement is no different. After being shut down as a "non-essential" business in mid-March, we finally got to re-open our doors at the end of May. We believe that health and healing is absolutely *essential* and we have taken great strides to ensure the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and our community.
Some of the initiatives we have taken for cleanliness and safety include:

Some of the initiatives we have taken for cleanliness and safety include:
- Temperature checks and logged for everyone who walks in the door, including staff
- Pulse/ox taken for massage clients
- Multiple daily disinfecting throughout the space
- Movement studio floor cleaned after every class
- 6' apart "mat zones" in the yoga studio taped out
- Laundry washed with hydrogen peroxide
- Masks required in the building and during massage treatments

We are offering select yoga classes via Zoom for anyone uncomfortable with in-studio classes at this time, and we also have a Reiki Master trained in Distant healing, which allows you to receive healing Reiki energy from the comfort of your home! If any of these offerings interest you, call us!
